SPOKANE, Wash. — The U.S. Marshals Office arrested a man who allegedly raped and molested an eight-year-old child in Airway Heights earlier this summer.
According to the U.S. Marshals Office, 34-year-old Brandon Frackenpohl was arrested near Klamath Falls, Oregon, on Wednesday. The U.S. Marshals Office said Frackenpohl fled Washington shortly after the incident, which was June 30. In September, Frackenpohl was issued an arrest warrant by the Spokane County Superior Court.
Franckenpohl was arrested for one count of first-degree child rape and one count of first-degree child molestation. The U.S. Marshals Office said Frackenpohl is awaiting extradition back to Washington State.
