Check out the blizzard-looking conditions at Hurricane Ridge over the weekend.
Olympic National Park shared video of the 25-55 mph winds and snow that hit the visitors center and kept Hurricane Ridge Road closed on Saturday.
Winds swept snow onto the road and parking lot just as fast as road crews could clear it. In just an hour, feet of snow would accumulate over freshly plowed pavement.
"It is like being sand blasted," said rangers.
"It's like we were never here yesterday (Friday)," said road crews.
Park officials said parkgoers would have needed winter clothing like goggles, a jacket, face mask and hat to get around.
