On Saturday the Woodinville Whiskey Company released the first bourbon made with all Washington products.
The line of people excited to buy it started on Thursday and got pretty long.
"There was a feeling of relief, we have invested so much, everything, 401k, life savings, and then some and to learn it was going to turn out the way we planned was very exciting," said Orlin Sorensen of Wood.
"I think it says something about their product," said Sean Met, who was there to make a purchase. "It helps that its local but I think it says something about their product that it's always sold out."
The bourbon was aged for five years and will only be sold in Washington state. Most of the country's bourbon is produced in Kentucky.
