Washington State Patrol detectives are searching for a driver that may have been involved in a devastating crash on I-90 Friday involving a semi-truck and a car.
The crash happened at 10:17 a.m. Friday in the eastbound lanes of I-90, east of High Point in Issaquah. A red Toyota Camry collided with a semi-truck and trailer; the 18-year-old driver of the Toyota suffered life-threatening injuries.
WSP says some reports suggested another vehicle moved into the lane of the Toyota, causing the driver to lose control.
The crash shut down eastbound traffic on I-90 for several hours. One lane reopened Friday afternoon.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to call WSP Detective Russ Haake at 425-401-7717.
