Multi-lingual ballots and voter information available to Washington state voters

In addition to English, the elections office can provide ballots and voter pamphlets in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Somali, and Vietnamese.

RENTON, Wash. — Election Day is 10 days away.

The deadline to register online to vote in Washington state is Oct. 28.

You can register to vote in person at the King County Elections Office in Renton up until Election Day at the elections office on Southwest Grady Way.

Each year, King County Elections reviews its language services to better serve its growing and diverse population.

In addition to English, the elections office can provide ballots and voting materials in multiple languages including Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Somali, and Vietnamese.

According to Lorena Robinson, the King County Elections Spanish-language specialist and translator, providing voter information in multiple languages is important and a much-welcomed service by people.

Eligible voters can call or fill out a form to receive their ballot and voter pamphlet in their preferred language.

If you or someone you know would like to make this call or fill out the form, click here (and scroll to the final page of the document) or call  206-296-8683.
