Here's when Tim Walz will fly into Seattle on Monday

The trip to King County follows the Oct. 1 debate between Walz and Ohio Republican Senator and Vice Presidential candidate JD Vance.

SEATTLE — Vice Presidential candidate and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz is expected to arrive in Seattle on Monday night ahead of a campaign event.

Walz' flight is expected to land at Boeing Field at 8:45 p.m. before staying overnight in the Seattle area, according to the Washington state Democratic Party.

On Tuesday morning, Walz is expected to attend a private event on behalf of the Harris Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee, in Hunts Point on the Eastside at 9 a.m.

"With ballots already being cast in some states, it is more important than ever that we explain our vision for an opportunity economy that doesn't just help families get by, but helps them get ahead," the Democratic Party said in a prepared statement. "We look forward to helping Governor Walz make that case in the closing weeks of this election."

A specific route between Boeing Field and Walz' accommodations or to Walz' event in Hunts Point has not been released.

After Walz' visit to Hunts Point, he is expected to travel to Sacramento later on Tuesday.

The trip to King County follows the Oct. 1 debate between Walz and Ohio Republican Senator and Vice Presidential candidate JD Vance. The debate was the first encounter between the two followed the September debate between the Presidential candidates Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump.
