SEATTLE — You're gonna need a bigger boat.
It's a good thing the 2019 Seattle Boat show is in town!
The Seattle Boat show features more than 1000 boats and more than 400 exhibitors. From spectacular yachts to all of the boating gear you could possibly need- if it's connected to boats, chances are, it's there.
The boat show features two locations- CenturyLink Field Event Center and South Lake Union. Both locations feature hundreds of boats, exhibits, seminars and more. There's even a free shuttle that runs between both locations.
When you visit the boat show, be sure to bring some canned goods or other non-perishable food items. The Seattle Boat Show is holding a food drive to support local furloughed Coast Guard employees who were affected by the government shutdown.
Additionally, the boat show is offering free admittance to any federal employees who were furloughed during the government shutdown. Just present your Federal ID at the ticket window when you stop by the show.

The show is open until February 2nd. It's also open late on weeknights, so you can hang out at the boat show to beat the viaduct traffic!
