Seattle, WA---The Sleepless in Seattle houseboat just sold. We went inside.
Former owners Loretta Metcalf and Jim Healy say they got lucky. They were visiting from New Jersey when Jim had a job interview. They only went to the floating home because Loretta liked the movie.
"And it had a little sign. And it said for sale."
Jim got the job. They got the house.
"I sat in the window seat and I thought this is where I'm gonna live."
Two decades later, they say it's been a privilege to be the caretakers of a Seattle landmark.
