Trying to figure out which foods are both healthy and tasty can often be like trying to find the Holy Grail of recipes.

Dr. DeGroot showed us a delicious dinner of ginger salmon with cilantro & cilantro lime coleslaw. It's just one of many recipes that 30/10 provides its clients.

Ginger salmon with cilantro
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Personal Serving Salmon Fillet
- Juice of ½ a Lime
- ¼ Cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Paste
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
- ½ teaspoon Allspice
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together to make a marinade; transfer to a Ziploc bag and add the salmon; place the salmon in the fridge and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- When ready to cook, spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray, and place the salmon on the sheet and bake for 13 to 15 minutes.
Cilantro lime coleslaw
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Red Cabbage, sliced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Stevia Packet
- ¼ Lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- Sea Salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together; let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
