SEATTLE — They’ve been serving some of the best seafood in the Northwest for more than 50 years. Anthony’s Restaurants started as a steak and lobster eatery in Bellevue in 1973. Anthony’s prides itself on serving only the freshest seafood from the waters of the Northwest, Alaska and beyond. Currently, they're holding their annual, “Oyster Festival.” Diners are encouraged to come in and slurp up these delicious delicacies. Most of the oysters they serve are grown right here in Washington. Oysters like, Virginica’s from Totten Inlet, Olympia and Baywater Sweets from the south sound, and Pacific oysters from Discovery Bay-based Johnson & Gunstone Shellfish.
Other popular menu items include wild Alaska King Salmon and fresh Hawaiian Bigeye Ahi. And for those who crave clams, their Quilcene Bay Manila Clams dish will satisfy any cravings you may have.
