SPOKANE, Wash. — Colfax high school forward Brynn McGaughy has committed to the University of Washington. The five star recruit and 17th ranked recruit in the class of 2025, according to ESPN, chose the Huskies over UCLA, Utah, Duke and Iowa.
The 6'3" McGaughy led Colfax to a state championship in her sophomore season and led the Bulldogs to a district championship this season.
McGaughy took her official visit to UW on May 8 and committed to join Tina Langley's team today.
She will look to finish her high school career with a second state championship in the upcoming fall season.
