PULLMAN, Wash. — It’s official! The Mountain West Conference has released the conference schedule for the 2024-2025 season. Washington State will play a Mountain West schedule but will not be eligible to play in the conference championship game.
As part of the agreement with the Mountain West, Washington State and Oregon State each have six games against Mountain West teams that act as "conference" games. However, WSU already had scheduling agreements with San Diego State and San Jose State. Therefore, those matchups aren't included in the six-game scheduling agreement.
The Cougs will have six games at Gesa Field, five road games and a neutral site game at Lumen Field for the Apple Cup.
The Cougs football schedule is below (home games are in bold):

- vs. Texas Tech – Sept. 7
- vs. Washington – (Neutral site) – Sept. 14
- vs. San Jose St. – Sept. 21
- at Boise State – Sept. 28
