While the Seattle Seahawks started the season slow (2-4 through the first six games), they were one of the hottest teams down the stretch in the NFL. Here are 12 statistics that show how well they played over the course of the season:

12. Tyler Lockett is third in the league for punt return yards (379) and kickoff returns (852 yards). 

11. Russell Wilson's completion percentage on third down since Week 11 is 79.0, the best in the NFL during that time, along with his passer rating of 144.7. 

10. Tyler Lockett has the second-longest kick off return (105 yards) of the season behind David Johnson of the Cardinals.

9. Russell Wilson's passer rating of 118.6 on throws from inside the pocket was the top mark this year, and over the past three seasons.

8. Doug Baldwin tied for the most receiving touchdowns (14) in the NFL with Brandon Marshall of the Jets and Allen Robinson of the Jaguars.

7. Against the Cardinals on Jan. 3, Tyler Lockett set a franchise record with 139 punt return yards -- and all of those yards came in the first half of the game.
