Aggravated assault charges have been dropped against former Seahawk Tarvaris Jackson, according to a report from TMZ Sports.
TMZ cited new court documents that say there was not enough evidence for the case to move forward.
The ex-Seahawks quarterback was arrested in June in central Florida for pulling a gun on his wife.
Jackson, a free agent, was visiting family in Kissimmee when he returned to the home drunk and began yelling at his wife. Jackson reportedly pulled the gun and threatened to kill her.
Jackson has spent four seasons with the Seahawks, including three as a back-up quarterback.
