TACOMA, Wash. — The right lanes of northbound Interstate 5 in Tacoma are reopened after a collision involving a log truck blocked the lanes of Wednesday morning near East Bay Street, the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) said.
Just after 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, Washington State Patrol tweeted that multiple crews are on scene but delays still should be expected until it is cleared.
WSDOT shared an update just after 11:30 a.m. Wednesday that the scene had been cleared and the lanes were fully reopened.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
