SKAGIT COUNTY, Wash. — There are an unknown number of injuries after a vehicle rolled off Interstate 5 near Samish River, landing on a surface road below.
Drivers experienced delays near milepost 234 in Skagit County while the crash was investigated.
All lanes reopened by 7:30 p.m.
