The next time you travel through Sea-Tac Airport, you'll have some new restaurants to check out. The new eats are phase one of the Central Terminal makeover, the Port of Seattle unveiled Friday.
The five new restaurants are Lucky Louie Fish Shack, Evergreens Salad, Pallino Pastaria, Pei Wei Asian Kitchen, and Koi Shi Sushi Bento.
The upgrades aim at bringing more Northwest-focused eateries and retail to the airport.
“When we go out to procure restaurants, we are very intentional with what we want,” Dawn Hunter said. She manages dining and retail for Sea-Tac. “That means local, sustainable food that’s reasonably priced at the airport.”
The renovation is only about half complete.
Anthony's Restaurant is scheduled to close Sunday. By about the middle of next year it will be replaced by a new Salty’s plus other restaurants not yet announced.
