Washington State Patrol is investigating the incident.

Gusty winds in the Cascade foothills are expected to continue overnight.

Rain is coming from the south Puget Sound area this evening, gradually changing to a mix of wet snow and rain as nighttime temperatures chill the air enough for the snow to make its way to sea level.

A rain/snow mix is expected to fall through mid-morning Thursday.
