The Wind Warning comes after a system brought lowland snow to areas of western Washington on Thursday. Puget Sound Energy reported more than 20,000 without power mid-morning Thursday, with the hardest hit area being in the South Sound.
Several school districts in Thurston County and on the Kitsap peninsula called for delays due to road conditions.
