WATCH: Aerials and drone footage of snowy Puget Sound

Seattle got between 1 and 2 inches of snow, while some areas of Snohomish County saw up to 9 inches.

SEATTLE — Aerial footage from SkyKING captured snow blanketing parts of western Washington on Monday morning.

Eastern King County, the Kitsap Peninsula, and Snohomish County saw the highest snow totals across the region. In Eastern King County, Duvall got 9 inches, Carnation got 6 inches, and Woodinville got 5 inches. In Kitsap County, Poulsbo reported 9 inches, Suquamish got 8 inches, and Bainbridge got 6 inches of snow. In Snohomish County, Everett got 6 inches.

Parts of Seattle, particularly north of downtown, got between 1 and 2 inches, according to National Weather Service spotters.

The mountains also got a healthy dose of snow. Mount Baker Ski Area saw 24 inches, White Pass got 22 inches, and Crystal Mountain got 18 inches.
