As much as 3 to 6 inches of rain could fall along the coast and in the mountains - and possibly higher. Up to 4 inches of rain could fall in the northern interior, according to Everett.
The heavy rain could cause pooling on roadways and rivers to rise. River flooding is not currently forecasted.
