Sandy Hook mom advocates for school security
A Washington state mother hopes sharing the story of her daughter will help schools become safer places. Alissa Parker's daughter, Emilie, was killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School. The mother is in Olympia, rallying support for proposals dealing with campus security. She tells South Bureau Chief Drew Mikkelsen how the moves could prevent future school shootings.
