Comfort food without all the carbs from America's first all-keto food truck

"The Best of Both Worlds" food truck owner Arion Thompson demonstrates how he makes a delicious Keto breaded Chicken Parmesan and other low-carb dishes.

SEATTLE — The Best of Both Worlds is America's first all-keto food truck and it's coming to a farmer's market or event near you. 

Customers can't get enough of fresh, savory all-keto dishes. Owner Arion Thompson joins New Day Northwest to make his most popular dish, Chicken Parmesan. According to Thompson, the breading of the chicken parm is less than one carb!

"You can eat the very foods you love without the guilt or the carb crashes," says Thompson. "We serve low-carb versions of your favorite foods from around the world; pasta, hamburgers, pizza, tacos, desserts, and more, all with healthy fats, fiber, and protein to keep you going through the day and help you live life to the fullest!"

Low carb/gluten free crispy chicken

Makes 10 chicken tenderloins

1/2 a net carb per piece of chicken

  • 2 cups pork rinds
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • 2 tsp of garlic spread
  • 1 tsp of garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder

Bring oil up to 375 degree

Submerge chicken in oil for 4 mins & rest for 2 minutes

Arion uses Healthy Noodle for the pasta
