SEATTLE — Australia and New Zealand are beautiful vacation destinations filled with many areas to visit and activities to enjoy.

The unique animals, including koalas, kangaroos, wombats and Tasmanian devils, are some of the most recognizable symbols of Australia. When visiting, you will have the opportunity to get up close and cuddle a koala in South Australia and Queensland. Many people also try to snag a picture with a quokka, which some call the “happiest animal on Earth.” New Zealand is known for beautiful birds, like the kiwi and kea.
