SEATTLE — As we enter spring cleaning season, it's a great time to think about cleaning up your relationships -- particularly, any negative ones. Toxic relationships are stressful, time-consuming and can take a toll on your mental health. Whether it's a friendship or a romantic relationship, sometimes cutting ties is necessary. But how do you know when it's time, and how do you go about that conversation?
