Seattle Therapist Ashley McGirt on how to create good resolutions, put them into practice, and follow through.

SEATTLE — Ashley McGirt is a licensed mental health therapist, social justice advocate, and author of the book, I Tried to Travel it all Away: Mental health tips for Travelers. Through her work, she helps individuals navigate oppressive social systems and eliminate depression and anxiety.  

To make sure we can look back and call 2021 a success, we'll be talking with Ashley all week about New Year's Resolutions.  How to form them, keep them, and what to do to get back on track when we've broken them.
